Agreement Between:<\/strong>
Hybrid Learning Ocean Limited (hereafter referred to as \u201cBGC\u201d), a Hong Kong-based corporation, and the undersigned Affiliate (hereafter referred to as \u201cAffiliate\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

1. Purpose of the Agreement<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions governing the participation of the Affiliate in the BGC Global Affiliate Program (hereafter referred to as the \u201cProgram\u201d), including the promotion and sale of the Quantency product series and participation in the MyCash Program<\/em> compensation structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Definitions<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.1 “Affiliate”<\/strong> \u2013 An independent promoter authorized by BGC to promote its digital platforms and Quantency products.
2.2 “Quantency Product Series”<\/strong> \u2013 The proprietary educational and AI-powered products, tools, and services offered under the BGC brand.
2.3 “MyCash Program”<\/strong> \u2013 The official BGC affiliate reward system consisting of twelve (12) structured compensation rewards:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Links Reward (LR)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Global Profit E-Commerce (GPE)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Miracle Cash CP<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. GiM Referral Rewards<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. iMatrix Referral Rewards<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Global Movement Pool<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Referral Reward (RR)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Generation Reward (GR)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Global Pool SP<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Miracle Cash SP<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. WEC Global Pool<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    3. Independent Affiliate Relationship<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Affiliates operate as independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
